Mikesone - please remove your sisters exact date of birth as that is a violation of her privacy. The boards are not secure

There was a Linda M Ward living with a Peter up to 2007. The address was in Witham near Chelmsford. A different couple have lived there since then.

Is this the address/location you have? Have you tried writing to the current owners? They may still have contact details for them, or at the very least refer you to their solicitors who could supply the name of hers.

Does she have any children? They might be easier to find.

Have you tried http://www.thephonebook.bt.com/ ? If Peter *is* the name of her husband, there is a P Ward listed on the 2nd page of results, in Chelmsford. It may not be the correct person, but one would think that its worth the cost of a stamp
