Have you tried looking for them on the electoral roll? do you know when he was born as it is not an unusual name

Hi,
I am looking for Rowland (Roland) Todd who used to live with his wife, daughter and baby son in Denholme Nr Bradford. Please let me know if you have any news of their whereabouts now.
