I have found a ticket for a J H Hitchins' graduation ceremony at The Victoria University of Manchester in 1923 and wonder if it is of any interest to his descendants? Know nothing about the person except he got the degree of Bachelor of Commerce. Descendants may be in the North Staffs area. |
