Fraser died 20 years ago, scaffolder to trade, his younger sister Frances the only other person with family information died 6 years ago, looking for half siblings, totally stuck.
Would welcome any info however small.

Researching:
Phillips family, Edinburgh, montrose angus scotland. Powell family Birkenhead england.

Sorry, I do not understand. Are you looking for your half-siblings? If so, when would they have been born?

Whose half-siblings are you looking for?

For Scottish BMD info, the only source is Scotlands people.....................for which credits have to be purchased. It is not a subscription site

And Scottish BMD records are subject to far more stringent privacy regulations than those for England/Wales

If you know when and where Fraser was born......put his details in 'search all trees'.......................you may find a link.
