A Michael G Thatcher is listed on the 2002 ER as shown on GR. Unfortunately there is no house number and different names listed for subsequent years.

it's difficult to tell if its a rental property, or a number of households lumped together! Will PM the details as shown.

There is a Michael Thatcher showing for Manchester in 2002. A bit distant but might be worth a look. Might be the one born 1948, would that make sense?
