Add yourself to the national adoption contact register

Write a letter to be added to her adoption file......in case she ever applies for the file.

On July 22nd 1960 I gave birth to a daughter Shirley Elizabeth Chapman in Islington London. I had her adopted on 6th January 1961 through Altringham County Court in Cheshire. I would love to know her whereabouts if anyone can help, as I have been searching since 1980, but always come to a dead end.
