hi no ive not looked on the electrol roll, i dont live in liverpool anymore and i think you can only check the electrol roll at the library for the area that its in, but im goin to take a day trip to liverpool in a couple of weeks and check the electrol roll then. |

ive tried yeah but cant really use the site very well, i type in his name and looked through all the people on there with the name ian higgins but because i dont really know what he looks like im finding it dificult, im going to have another look now though. |

yes his birthday would be anywhere between 1962 and 1966 but think its more 1962 - 1964, and no sorry dont have a clue if his sister was younger or older but will ask my mum in the morning. |

I dont know but my mum thinks he had a sister called sally and his dad could have been called fred or frank. |

Assuming he was born Liverpool and you are fairly certain as to age, there are several on Freebmd births, with middle initial, which may help in locating. |

Hi i am looking for Ian Higgins he once lived on conleach road, speke, liverpool, hes around 49 years old and i think his parents are irish. I am relative of his and i am eager to get in touch. if anybody has any information about him i would be very grateful |
