Stewart, have you checked to see if anybody else has these people in their tree? Use 'search all trees' from search box above right.

Stewart, you probably need to use Scotlandspeople to work forward from these people. Informants on their death certificates could prove helpful.

For example, this looks like Jessie's death and the other surname is Simpson. The death certificate will give you the name and address of the informant and also their relationship to the deceased.

1988 REID JESSIE LYALL Not Permissible SIMPSON F 83 DUNDEE DUNDEE CITY/DUNDEE 350/00 0054

Stewart, you would be best to spend a day at the Scotlandspeople Centre in Edinburgh first. It only costs £15 for the day and you can look at as many BMDs as time permits. Although you can't take printouts of recent ones, you can make notes. You may be lucky enough to get some address where the families are still living.

Good Luck.
