Many thanks for the replies....living in France with little accs to UK infos. He must have been born in the early or mid forties. He did work on the glasgow buses in the sixties and seventies.

http://www.192.com/all/search/ does have a 2013 listing for a Robert Chamberlain in Glasgow, but no indication of age. 192.com is pay to view.

Even if Bobby is still living, there is no guarentee that he hasn't opted out of the commercial ER lists.

Birth and marriage details will be on Scotlands People which isnt a subs site .I, afraid.

You havent given any dates so if he is still alive you could try the electoral rolls to see if he is listed

Looking for details of my cousin, Bobby CHAMBERLAIN, brought up by his mum Louise in Armitage Drive in Glasgow. Worked on the buses and maried his clippie in the late sixties. Went blind in the late eighties...help me please....
