This is from the Brighton and Hove website about people living on the streets. If you emailed them, they may be able to put you in contact with social or voluntary workers who have contact with the homeless, hostels etc.

If he was spotted on the TV a while ago, he may have moved on.

hi all i am looking for my birth dad his name is james parker and is aprox 55 yrs of age parker is his step da name i dont know his real sirname yet he moved to gravesend where his sister still lives and his moved away when i was born in 1981 and rarely seen his been seen on a homeless tv programme in brighton if any one on here has any info or may know i am looking please contact me emma xx
