Can't really help without knowing exact birth years and middle initials.

Yes they are sisters and they were born in the East London area. They lived in West Ham and Poplar, then moved to Tottenham. Other family members in the UK lost contact with them when they moved to America. They would be in their early 60's now. Thanks again for your help

I am assuming they are sisters? Do you have details of any other family members? It might be easier to find them in the UK than Joan and Joyce in America!

Thanks for your replies. Think they moved in the 80's. not sure where Gig/g bay is but Gig harbour bay seems to ring a bell. One of them opened an English Tea Room there or a bakery. Any help is very much appreciated. Many thanks,

When did they move, when were they born and where is Gigg Bay? It's not on any maps.
