Finding my husbands step brother

Without knowing his name it would be difficult for anyone to help you.

Was he a step brother or half brother?

Where have you looked for him?

My name is Kay Nicholson I am trying to find my husband and is twin sisters step brother, he was born in 1950 in lancashire, we know that he was in a children's home in about 1955 could be Cumbria, this is we're the twins were living at about this time, we have a copy of his birth certificate and it dose not say adopted on it, I would be most greatfull if any one can help thanks Kay
