Find Living Relatives

She didn't make contact with anyone as far as I am aware. My dad has told me they didn't know many of her friends. I don't understand why the police didn't deal with it and so I might try and contact the police about it again.
It is a very strange situation, I would love to find out more, in the memory of my Mum.

So she never made contact with anyone, including her friends? It really sounds like something the police should have dealt with.

I understand that it was reported to the Hampshire police by her mother, but no formal investigation took place. There wasn't any fall out, she told her mother that she was going to France for a few days and wasn't seen again.

As far as I am aware Susan wasn't married when she disappeared. I have a copy of her birth certificate and she was born in Droxford and has no middle Initial.

I am looking for my mums sister, Susan Hines born in Droxford, Southampton, 1945 (although the birth is not registered until 1946). Susan went missing in the 70's and my mum was never able to find her again. My mum Judith Anne Hines (married name McKenzie) has now died. I have been trying to find my Auntie but have not managed so far. I have contacted a cousin on here but he has no further information of Susan either.
If any one has any ideas I would love to hear from you.
