Recent electoral registers (2002 onwards) have been sold to commercial organisations who now sell the information to the public.

Try doing a free search at www.192.com or www.livingrelativesearch.co.uk

If you find a possible then you can purchase credits to get the full address.

Try the BT phone book

Free on line, and in every main public library

He/she may have chosen to withold details from the public ER

The snag with using www.thephonebook.bt.com is that the majority of entries show only the initial(s) rather than the full forename(s) of the individual.

There is also the possibility that the individual has chosen to be ex-directory.
