I am looking for my half sister, Patricia. Gill is her maiden name and she is the daughter of my father, Edward Gill, and his first wife, Sarah Hargreaves. :-)

It may help your cause if you gave some indication of when and where she was born together with some general (Not specific) information about when, if ever, the two of you were in contact with one another.

Researching:
Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

Patricia was born in Gosport in 1936 and I believe she married Harry Hogan in 1955. I last saw her with her baby in 1958 in my father's pub, The Glencoe, in Gosport.

I knew a Pat gill growing up, she was married to a Jim Youngs and lived in the Guildford area, the last time I saw her was at my wedding in 1990 and I believe that she nust have been in her 70's.
