Good luck Mike. If you have no joy, come back and maybe folks can suggest other avenues.
Just as an afterthought, there are just 4 marriages in the London area for a William A. Gibbs 1980-2000. Obviously he may be none of these. However, one is Kensington & Chelsea district 1982. As he was born Chelsea, you never know!
If you have no luck, it might be worth getting his birth cert for an address to work with, and his mother's name.

Michael, I advise you to remove his birth date - it isn't necessary and as this is not a secure site it isn't a good idea.
You are right about the MMN. Have you ever met this person?

I am looking to find any information relating to my half bother, William Andrew Gibbs, born London 1960. William's father was the late Henry (Harry) Gibbs and his mother's maiden name was, I believe, Murphy.
