She is in a tree on Ancestry but unfortunately it is a private one so unable to see much detail.

Hi, thanks for all the speedy replies! I believe this was my grandmother but nobody had heard anything about her since she disappeared in1926, then I found this marriage record which, for some reason, hadn't revealed itself before. I'd seen the death record and assumed it was her, though there's an age discrepancy of a few years. I just wondered if anyone did know her, whether there may be a photo or just any information about her at all. They lived in Wellesey Road, Chiswick in 1959. And I really do hope Albert didn't die so soon....

As you know their ages and occupations when they married.........can we assume you have the cert?

Have you looked on here in 'search all trees' to find whether anyone else is researching them? It is hidden these days under the 'search' button.

That's the only realistic chance you have of contacting anyone who knew them

Obviously, they didn't have children together........had either of them been married before?

Does anyone have any knowledge of Albert E Wood and Nance Walde who married in Ealing in June 1959 please? I would love to hear even the smallest piece of information, as someone must have known these people. They were mid 50s when they married, a waitress and a sports groundsman. PLEASE...anything!
