Rose you could be right, three Sidney`s born 1949 births
registered April to June all with a second christain name,
a death for a Sidney correct birth date, and in same county
as Sidney H was born, have sent PM.

On-line BMD only go up to 2005/6 on various sites. So if he *has* died, and after those years, you'd have to search the index in person. They are held at various locations.

Birmingham Central Library
Bridgend Reference and Information Library
City of Westminster Archives Centre
Manchester City Library
Newcastle City Library
Plymouth Central Library

Alternatively, you could ask for a search from

http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/

They will search for a total of 3 years from a specified date, although someone has said that it takes at least a year for a name to appear on the index. It will cost you £9.25. If the information on the ceritificate does not exactly match with the details you gave, they won't issue it.

can any one locate living or not a sydney h harris born in 1949 in rugby warwickshire
he is my dad and i have not seen him for 30 years as i was adopted I am led to believe he is no longer living but can't find any record of this not even sure of his parents names i only know his mothers maiden name was morris.
can any one help!
