Michael, welcome to the boards.
If you are going to have any success on here you need to do things a bit differently. Firstly, it's almost certain nobody related to you will see this. And the statement is too general - there are probably lots of people called Cole living in Croydon in the 1900s who aren't related to your family. So you must narrow it down.
I assume you have some full names and birth years? If so, find 'search all trees' (in search box above right) and look for matches with other members.
