I am looking for my birth mother Julia Dianne Smith, I was born in Birmingham England 24 june 1963, my name on the birth certificate was Clare Alexis Smith, I would be grateful for any help or information

Hi Janet.
As any marriage for her will probably be under Julia D, Smith, this could be tricky as no doubt you know!. Have you got an address on the birth cert? Might be worth looking at electoral register in case she was living with family.
I assume you have access to your adoption records?
