Josephine Biss who was born c1940 the daughter of William and Nellie Biss formerly Joel. Nellie was the daughter of James and Annie Joel and was born in Acton Green Chiswick. I believed that she married someone by the name of Carrington. Can anybody help me please regarding this person who I believed spent or spending her life in the kensington area. |
