I AM TRYING TO FIND MY HALF BROTHER.MAY HAVE BEEN ADOPTED IN BLACKPOOL BORN TO A LUCY SURNAME UNKNOWN.MY FATHER IS WONDERING WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM.AND HOPES HE IS OKAY.I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT HIM AND FEEL I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW TOO,IF HE IS WELL.BIRTH DATE COULD BE 1949 TO 1951,AS MY DAD IS 78 HE CANNOT REMEMBER CERTAIN DATES BUT HOPE SOME ONE OUT THERE MIGHT KNOW OF MY BROTHER.
