Good morning Manx.

Have you tried the 'Search all Trees' which is now under the drop down 'Search' button top-right of any page?
You can also use the purple rosette from your tree page which indicates if there are records or Tree Matches for the person being viewed. You can then contact the tree owner if you think there is a match

If you want help tracing down (or back) from a known Ancestor, then post names, yob and place of birth - on Find Ancestors if they are likely to be deceased, or this one if they are likely to be living.

If this thread is purely a 'fishing' exercise, make sure that GR have your current email address if you decide not to renew at any point. If some one comes across this in the future, they can send you a PM (personal message) which GR will notify you about to by email.

Good luck

Allan

Allan - you sent them to me! Don't worry, I'll pass them on to Manx ;-) ;-)

Manx has acknowledged receipt with thanks, but unfortunately hasn't (yet) made it back onto the thread.
