	Hi Edward, If you go into "Search All Trees and enter the name Hamnett, and place Sfafford, you can follow the family name. It may not be a direct connection for you, but it is a starter for you to compare names with information you may/.may not already have. You will note it starts with the census - the 1911 and backwards. This you should open and follow your 'nose'. See how you get on. It is always best to try yourself first and then if you come up against a block, then return to this site for help. Don't forget to save your threads. Good luck, Sappho
