Hi Lydia,

You do need to have all the facts right to make quite sure you have located the right Ann Williams, with or without a middle name, and knowing the mother's maiden name would be really helpful. I suggest you have a look at this free site:.....

If she was adopted her name would be changed, but there would still be a birth registed for her

hi, ive trying to find my dad's cousin at birth she was call ann williams not sure if was any middle names her date of birth is 27/7/54. At 6 weeks old she was adopted at maidenhead, we think she was born in London.

ive tried to search living ancestors but carnt be 100% on names as dont no if names were changed after adoption as we think surename will of been. if anyone can inbox me more information i would be really greatful, as this site can be really succsesful as i found my grandad after 23 years on this site
