Thanks Lynski,

I have all this info. I was really hoping that some decendents of Harry, Annie and their younger sister Harriet my be members of GR, and see this posting.

Lucy was my grannie, so I know all her children.

Thanks anyway for your reply.

Christine.

Try searching for info about the siblings on freebmd using phonetic option.

The mother's name was not spelled Humphreys on her death record

Bye the way, I searched the trees on here, and the only people that matched up were people that I am in touch with, and they don't know anymore than I do.

Thanks Reggie,

The death for William in Sheffield looks a possibility.

Of the births, William's and Agnes Lucy's are correct as I have the birth certs . The dates for Annie and Harriet I got as a rough guide from the 1901 census. They were living with thier father in Denaby Main, Doncaster, their mother was in Wadsley.
The death for Agnes is wrong, I have the cert. and she did die in 1910, but in Wadsley Asylum aged 49yrs. She is the mother, and William Humphreys is the father. Agnes's maiden name was Jones.
Sorry Reggie for the late reply, but I had to go out.

Christine.

I am trying to find any decendents from my granmothers siblings.
My grannie was Agnes Lucy Humphreys, b.1887, and her siblings were William Henry Humphreys, b.1886, Annie Humphreys b. 1890 and Harriet Humphreys b. 1894, all in Wrexham, and their parents were William and Agnes Humphreys. I know all my grannies children, but can't find anything out about the others. In the 1911 census Annie and Harriet were in the Danaby Main/ Doncaster area, and I'm pretty sure William Henry was in the army in India.
I have been researching William's army history, and it appears he survived WW1 and was demobbed in 1919, to work as a miner. But after that, nothing. Although there could be a connection with North Anston, Yorkshire.
Hope there is someone out there that has a connection to this family.

Christine.
