hello,
fairly new to site - already had some success and terrific support from older members
my question is, when I'm in family tree and click on family member , I get x # of record matches and a view button - press view button = see records...
also get x # of tree matches and a view button - press view button and nothing happens... what's up with that?

Hi, Andrew.

I have had that problem too.

I think that there are still problems with the new tree format.

Hopefully, GR are working on it.....?

Have you just tried searching the trees for these people instead?

Which version of the GR tree are you using?

The old one is much better than the abomination they have recently created

Reggie,
Duh! This sounds dumb, maybe because I'm new here.
How do I know which version I'm using?

Hover your mouse over the 'family tree' button - you'll get a dropdown.

Select 'use old tree' ,and see if the layout looks familiar.

I would advise using the old tree - but the choice, obviously, must be yours
