Searching for Sister born Patricia Ann Sheath 1937

I am searching for my sister who was born in Southampton 1937 she was given the name Patricia A Sheath by our mother. As far as I know Patricia was adopted so most likely had her name changed. our
mothers name was Mabel Sheath. I do have birth certificate which confirms all that I know. If anyone is able to help me find (Patricia) I
would be very grateful. I have no idea where to look now so any help please.

I can't see her birth, at least not with mother's maiden name as Sheath also. Was Mabel's name Bushnell?

That's the only birth I can see too Jan, although I can't see a marriage for a Sheath to a Bushnell.

The birth record for Patricia does not have any additions to the record (you usually see numbers or letters after the entry when there has been an adoption).
