The only Glynn Smith born in Norfolk was born in the Norwich area in 1962.
Is this totally the wrong person? (He does not appear to have those brothers, so probably Yes)
We need a little more information, as it is highly unlikely that anyone who knows them will read your post.

If you know when and where they were born, try looking in 'search trees'

When were they in Kings Lynn?
