HMC Report 27 May 2012 12:21

Hi,

I am looking for the adopted daughter(my cousin) of my Maternal Aunt, born Carol Diane Dougherty. Carol was born in 1962 in Northern Ireland and adopted in 1963. Carol's name and surname has most likely changed as a result of her adoption. Sadly, the family lost touch with my Aunt Melvina (Florence Melvina on her birth certificate) some time in the late 60s early 70s and the last news from her was that she was sadly diagnosed with cancer. My Aunt had married and had one son, Ralph, who would have been born in the mid to late 60s. I have photographs of my Aunt, her parents and siblings. My Mother was Melvina's sister. I would be happy to give Carol some of the photographs of her Birth Mother and Birth Family and share any information she may wish to have. I hope Carol has had a happy and healthy life so far.

I have wit held some details of Carol's birth and her time with her Motherras Carol will be able to confirm these with me should she get in touch.
