Shelagh died 2005. She and Gerald Staniland had 3 (un-named) children

You could try the 'contact us' button at the bottom of the page, and ask to be put in touch with the author, or look up his address in the white pages.

A lady with the hyphenated name of Duff-Staniland is on the list of 2008 committee members

http://orientalbay.org.nz/2008/04/the-bay-view-051/

There is 'contact us' button on the same page.

Other than that, its going to be a case of writing to all the Stanilands in the phone book, or googling like mad.

You could Edit the title to include NZ and hope that overseas members have other suggestions.

Haven't you posted this request, or something similar, before???

I recall finding lots of info with obituaries and various suggestions to contact the surviving spouse!

Assuming you haven't deleted the thread, Click on the 'my threads' on the left of the page under the Tools subheading.

EDIT - Yep - you deleted. :-|

You have 3 posts against your name - 1 is on this thread, and 2 on the one below about a different branch of the family

http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards.page/board/living_relatives/thread/1300080

Google their names, just as anyone else would. Think outside the box and find organisations who may know them or may have known them. From memory, there was a Bridge Club which Gerald was a member of last year - find the address or contact details of that.

Sorry, but I'm not repeating the searches.

In future, DO NOT DELETE a thread. You can always add to it later and it stops other people repeating the same searches.

If any of them were males, or likely to be single females (or females who retained their father's surname) , for NZ try
