Not a great deal of hope of finding her with just that amount of information I'm afraid.

Between January 1945 and December 1949 there were a total of 71 female births registered in England and Wales where the mothers maiden name was the same as the child's surname I.E. Holland. That may be an indication of an illegitimate birth.

From what you say I am assuming that the child was adopted. If you know the child's birth name then you could contact Norcap and leave a message should the child ever try to discover her true ancestry.

Searching for a daughter of Kathleen Annie Holland born 1945-49..Not brought up by her birth mother though...Father unknown.
