When were they born? There is a Dorothy E Watts marriage to a William Thomas Hartlepool in 1955, would that fit?

i am looking for edward watts, born 1935,, richard watts born 1937,,and dorethy watts born 1936,, who might now possible be dorethy thomas they were born at rochford hospital essex to newton watts and elizabeth {betty } nee raw i believe we might be related i believe they may be in the hartlepool area ,,
