	Presumably this wedding, for middle initial for Phyllis, and single L for Philip: Marriages Mar 1946 Hughes Philip H Williams Swansea 11a 1919 Williams Phyllis E Hughes Swansea 11a 1919 Added: Just realised you said Cardiff, is Swansea correct, as there is also a possible birth in Swansea for Philip in 1918? Have you got the marriage certificate for Fathers' names? To start with, have you looked to see if anyone on here has them in their tree? Have you found either death certificate as the informant could be a relative? Do you know exact date of birth of either to pinpoint death? Unfortunately Hughes/Williams is a very common surname combination. Do you know when they moved to Birmingham? And as you are looking for living relatives, what is your connection to these people?
