So he is a child your father had with a different mother, yes? Any idea where or when otherwwise you are probably not going to get anywhere with a surname like that

I am looking for a half-brother. My father was Ken Humphreys and worked in Wednesbury. No idea of this brother's name, but would LOVE to find out who he is.
