If you were born before he married, I hope you will be careful with info which has been passed to you about his family, who may well be unaware of your existence.

It is so risky passing info about living people

Most unusual to have the fathers birthplace indicated on the child's birth certificate. By law if known only the name and occupation of the father is required.

Will send you info by PM.

Are you sure about his birthplace? No obvious birth showing up in Liverpool during the 1940's but there was one in Eastbourne, not a million miles from Hastings. There are at least 3 marriages during the 1960/70/80's that might relate to that individual.

Born in the 1940's & last known to be living in the Hastings area in the 1970's. Would love to hear from him or any of his relatives :-)
