I think you will have to give a little more information.
These people could have several hundred descendants, have you got some ones you are working on?
What area of the country, and did Alfred Brown marry Elizabeth unknown?
Have you found their family in any of the censuses?
How did you get back to them?
Is Alfred or Elizabeth born in 1828?
Sorry for all the questions, but Brown is a very common surname.

Have you tried the trees on this site? (dark green bar top of the screen)

If you find any connections you can then try and contact the tree owner

Which country of the world is this about?

How did you work back to them? It must have been through at least one descendant.....which line was that?

Were they a married couple? Or siblings?

Has anyone any idea why this was requested for review?

jax

jax Report 27 Mar 2012 18:35

It was there an hour ago

It must have been some self appointed moderator. who perhaps thought it was posted on the wrong board?

Is it not surprising that the boards have got quite when new people are frightened to post when things like this happen

Maybe the moderators think these people could be still alive??

Make a good program for them - what a coup finding the oldest living people!

There are No Moderators on this site Flip

Who ever reported this is another member...maybe a non paying one who knows?

From a pm received, these are the correct couple, and the poster has the census details.(She just put the birth dates the wrong way round)
I was rather surprised that my guess as to reversed ages brought up the couple so obviously.
She did not say which child was her direct line, she is just wondering about relatives.
She has not been doing research for very long.
I asked her to return to add further information if possible.
Forget to ask if she has 1911.
