Have informed Penelope by PM of four possible births
plus marriage and death for Douglas Harold L Frost,
death certificate could give her useful information.

If you put Surname and mother's maiden name and county of Lancashire into FreeBMD there are 4 possible births

Thank you both for your suggestions. Yes, I have already done searches in the bmd indexes and the military records, but have not managed to get anywhere. Frost is quite a common name, so I really need to find someone who knows this family!

I am trying to find out what happened to the children of Herbert Frost (1895-1959) and his first wife Eva Middleton, who were married in Luton in 1918. I believe they lived in the Liverpool area and definitely had a son called Douglas (b 1918) and another called Peter, who died young. They also had several daughters. Herbert and Eva got divorced, probably in the 1930/40s.

Does anyone know this family or are related to them?
