Have you tried putting your name on the National Adoption Register, or contacting Norcap for advice? Just google both of these to find out info.

Hi,

No one can help with that information as his records of a name change is in records that are confidntial and not accessable to the public,
by seeking assistance from the relevant department can help to further your search.

I am trying to find out about Mark Anthony Legomski, who was born and adopted in 1971. I was born and adopted in 1970. My birth name was Emma Legomski. I have found out that we share the same mother, which makes him my brother. (not sure if half sibling or full sibling, as still working on that). Presumably, he will have had a name change. If anyone has any info, that would be great. Thank you.
