Hi Jax
I have just been in contact with one of Brenda's sisters - Annie who was born c1934 and is still going strong. Also with Annie's her daughter. Unfortunately they cannot throw any light on the subject concering her adopted parents. All they do know is that Brenda, at the age of 5, went to London with her mother Eleanor and was adopted by a couple who came from the Deal Kent area. Apart from that nothing else known.
I am now in contac with Brenda's daughter who I hope can throw some light on the subject. fingers crossed.

I am research BRENDA MARY WARD born 1923 in Woodford Halse Northamptonshire. Her paternal parents were George Henry Ward born c1887 in Woodford Halse and Eleanor Wise born c1897 Weston Northamptonshire. George and Eleanor had 11 children.

At the age of about 5 Brenda was adopted by another famly who lived in the Deal KENT area. It is beleived that the surname of her adopted family was FRANKS.

Unfortunately nothing else is known about Brenda and her adopted parents. It is known that Brenda married Raymond G Horton in 1947.

Can anyone throw some light on Brenda's adopted parents/family. Who they were, where they lived and if the Franks had any children of their own.
