Thanks Jan.
Yes Anna & Alfred are my rellies but not Albert and Anna to my knowledge. Yes I've tried the search trees and the one from John who is married to my cousin knows about as much as I do. I don't really think there are too many relatives but feel there must be some at least.

Just mind the spelling when you search:

Marriages Mar 1879
Kuhfahl Anna Dewsbury 9b 687
OLDFIELD Alfred Dewsbury 9b 687

There is a tree on Ancestry with a lot of detail re. children of Albert and Anna - is it yours?

If it helps- the eldest daughter was Ethel born 1880 and married a Phillips, Fred came to Australia and married Isabell Heathcote, Alfred went to USA and married Blanche Luplow , Nellie married Edwin Thresh and Janey died before she was married.

Wondering if there are any living relatives of Alfred Oldfield (1854-1942) and Anna Kufhal(1853-1927) from the Dewsbury area in West Yorkshire. I am the granddaughter of Fred Oldfield who came to Australia in the early 1900's. Would love to find any relatives.
