Keith's name appears to be David K Burden, so he could be under either name. He appears in Ancestry in 1943. He is not showing in free bmd, but other searches can be carried out:

Keith1938/1940 his father was Bill Burden
Margaret 1938---her sister Maureen 1942 their father was Frederick Richards
Valerie her brother John and her sister Susan all after1945. Their mother was Phyllis Aggett b1911
I am not sure when last in contact with any of them but I last saw my Aunt Laura Burden Dec1976 she was born1910 and Aunt Gertrude Richards Dec 1976 she was born1908 Both nee Aggett
My uncle Wilfred Stevens I last had Christmas card from him in I think in2008 but not sure.

I am not sure if you mean that Keith Burden is married to Margaret or Maureen, or that they all lived together in Exeter.
