Hi . I am looking for someone who lives in Glasgow. I have done all the usual things like phone books,facebook and 192. I have found who I am looking for on 192, but find that I would have to register to look at electral rolls. Before I go any further is there anyone on here who have access to electral rolls? It would only be a quick search because of the unusual name he has and I know which area of Glasgow he is in.
Looking for an old friend.
