hi, i am a new member and im hoping to trace my biological father, william maher, who i believe originally came from ireland and was born in 1930. I have been trying to trace him for some considerable time and wondered if anyone could help as this is my last hope. He married my mother, christine watson, in march 1963, i was born in july 1963 in east london. I thank you in advance for your help. best wishes, mandy :-)

Have you got his exact date of birth?
When did you last have contact with him?
When did they divorce?

Ancestry has him as Maker, because that is how he is in the GRO indices.
