hi im not to sure he was known as adam..i checked from his father and mothers maiden name to get that ,,he could have been registered i guess the other way .

Are you sure that the forenames are the correct way round? No idea where King Street hospital is but there was a birth registered in Watford in the first quarter of 1967 with those forenames reversed.

Researching:
Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.
