Looking for cousin Minnie Hampshire (b 1917) and daughter Margaret Hampshire (b 1950 or 1951). Last contact 1981, Minnie in Uttoxeter and Margaret in Runcorn.

Try 192.com, as in 2002 on electoral rolls Margaret and Minnie appear in the same household.
Then possibly try bt online.
