Frederick john baker remarried in 1905 to mary elizabeth meggs in may

Flick

But, as they lied about the length of the marriage.............

Marriages Jun 1905 (>99%)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Baker Frederick John W.Ham 4a 620
MEGGS Mary Elizabeth W. Ham 4a 620

..................it's entirely possible that the girl was the child of them both, born illegitimately

Was MEGGS the woman's maiden name?

Hi i am trying to find any family that was connected to frederick john baker born 1873 shoreditch and his second wife mary elizabeth meggs born 1880 leyton.

They had 2 children ellen caroline baker born1902 but not sure if this was a step daughter by one of the parents as frederick first wife died in 1904 and they only had a son and the second child was alfred walter born 1906 leyton

I do know frederick john baker was a fishmonger and in the 1911 census he classed his self as a costermonger and was living at 63 lancaster road leytonstone

If anybody can help i would be grateful

Sue
