Have you got the names from Francis Kendall's marriage certificate?
If so, just because he married in the region does not mean he was born there.
Could you please give a little more information as there is no birth showing.

Could this possibly be Percy's marriage?

His father was Percy Kendall. Francis was born either in Wiltshire or Somerset in the nineteen forties..
