There are no births in Derbyshire. Are you sure Marshall was Mary's maiden name?

Yes I am sure it was Marshall would be married about 1945

The marriage between Waller and Marshall is on FMP and FreeBMD.

You could try using Search Trees on this site and entering Albert and Mary.

If you find a possible match you could contact the tree owner to see if you have a connection.

If you know when he or she was born, we could see if there is a death corresponding. The name of the informant on the certificate could be a related child.
