	Denise, have you tried using 'search trees' box above? If no-one matches it is unlikely any relatives will see your query. No idea where Thornton Heath is, but if you want people to look for other lines of inquiry you need to give his place and year of birth. That way we can hopefully look for other possible names you can search for, such as siblings. If he is likely to be living do be careful what else you reveal though. Jan

	Jan.............. Thornton Heath is in Surrey Denise........................ Dates are vital Have you tried any searches? If you think the 'children' may be alive, have you checked Friendsreunited? You say Alfred was 'from' Thonton Heath.....does that mean that he was born there? Or that he lived there after his marriage? Is he alive? If not....when did he die?
